"Vanity and pride are different things, though the words are often used synonymously. A person may be proud without being vain. Pride relates more to our opinion of ourselves, vanity to what we would have others think of us."

Principles of Wanting

Have you ever spot a person (or maybe it you) drooled over in front of Louis Vuitton Monogram or the latest Birkin Bag from Hermes! Well virtually it comes about every time in a person life. Human certainly have issue with what they want or desire and conflicting with the Principles of wanting or need.

The essay is a follow-up from previous essay on Happiness- can be accurately identified as whatever gets you ecstatic.

I Want! I want

1. Most people don't know what they want. (that's my sister, luv u sis)

Give some consideration and take your time to write THREE (3) reasons why do you need this or that! Damn you never border to do this!

Remember jotting down the reasons might help you looking up the priority in your life, except you have no worries over your bank balance.

2. Even if they know what they want (and that's doubtful) most people are afraid to ask for what they rightly deserve. (it’s me, hahaha)

Here! Here! Asked your partner opinion or second or third opinion. We are living in a society, fogodsake.

Remember, if one brain is good enuff, few more brain will be intelligent.

3. People want what they can never have.

Work your imagination to reality. Remember this is a modern world we are living, your dream that you wish might come through.

4. People have contradictory wants.

Too many wants can lead to catastrophic lifestyle. Set the target one after another. Compare with your ability or strength with the checklist.

If you find any weaknesses and threat, you should plan how to overcome it. Give an ample time line, so you may put your feet up in between.

5. Most people don't question why they want the things they want, they just know they want them. (weirdo!)

Are you divas? If yes, please waste off and have no worries over your bank balance. But, what if you are not or divas-wannabe, make sure you have very rich bf/hubby, or else refer to point No 4.

6. People want things for the wrong reasons. (most of us! you believe me)

Are you skew over short term vision mission or long term vision mission?
There are pros and cons for being either one of these. The tendency for short term vision mission is more towards negativity compare to long term vision mission.

Find out a short term vision mission which led to a long term vision mission instead. Example a few partner in bed can be short term vision and “chose the best one to be your bf” can be the long term vision mission.

7. There is a distinct difference from wanting something and needing something. (i need something ?)

Ask yourself?
Some people spend more effort trying to get what they want, rather than trying to get what they need. (Salesmen, i think!)

8. Some people once they get what they want they don't want it anymore. (sluthead!!)
9. Even when people get what they want, they always want more. (that's bitch!)

Micky darling

i find these rather funny,

most hetero met few criteria and most of gays meeting all criteria (you, me & other), which make us equal to working women.

No wonder gays can excel in both, carrier and life.
